Professor Emeritus William Rorabaugh gave an interview about Prohibition, in recognition of the 100 year anniversary of the 18th Amendment. He details what life was like during Prohibition, why the 21st Amendment was ratified so quickly, and what the period's lasting impacts on the U.S. were.
