Professor Jung Interviewed About History of Sugar in America

Professor Moon-Ho Jung of the UW Department of History was interviewed for BackStory with the American History Guys - a public radio show and podcast that explores contemporary issues and themes through a historical lens -- for an episode on the history of sugar in America.

Professor Jung specializes in race, politics and Asian American history and is the author of Coolies and Cane: Race, Labor, and Sugar in the Age of Emancipation (2006).
