Arther L. Ferrill was born 1938. As a professor of history at the University of Washington, Ferrill served on various Faculty Senate committees: Faculty Personnel and Policy Task Force, 1974; Budget Committee, 1972-1976; Executive Committee, 1968-1976; Faculty Affairs Faculty Council, 1968-1976; Faculty Legislative Representative, 1973-1976; as well as the University Centers for Rational Alternatives, WU Chapter, 1969-1974.
