Dear History Friends,

Our hearts and thoughts are with those in our university community directly and indirectly impacted by the recent cluster of natural disasters in our country and its vicinity. We also stand with our UW Dreamers affected by the elimination of the DACA program. Below you can find some links for donations to reputable organizations coordinating assistance. Our department is firm in its commitment to a) the protection and well-being of our students, b) to speak against social injustice, and c) to continue to foster well-founded critical analysis. Our staff and faculty are here to assist you in any way we can.

We wish you all a productive new academic year!
